Ubiquitous Telecommunications Technology (UTT) is a limited liability company formed in 2006 between Emirates Telecommunications Corporation (Etisalat) and Seven Emirates a local UAE investor. UTT is headquartered in Abu Dhabi. Etisalat, the largest telecommunications provider in the Middle East, possesses extensive Industry experience. Seven Emirates, a prominent UAE-based investor, boasts significant expertise in real estate, investment, project management, and finance.
UTT was established in alignment with Abu Dhabi’s visionary economic plan for 2030. Our mission is centred around designing, drafting, and implementing cutting-edge smart infrastructure guidelines tailored for newly developed areas across the UAE, with a special emphasis on Abu Dhabi.
