About UTT
Ubiquitous Telecommunications Technology (UTT) is a limited liability company formed in 2006 between Emirates Telecommunications Corporation (Etisalat) and Seven Emirates, a local UAE investor. UTT is headquartered in Abu Dhabi. Etisalat, the largest telecommunications provider in the Middle East, possesses extensive industry experience, while Seven Emirates brings significant expertise in real estate, investment, project management and finance.
UTT was established in alignment with Abu Dhabi's visionary economic plan for 2030. Our mission is centred around designing, drafting and implementing cutting-edge smart infrastructure guidelines tailored for newly developed areas across the UAE, with a special emphasis on Abu Dhabi. Initially focusing on Al Reem Island, UTT aims to expand its footprint nationwide and internationally, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term profitability.
